How we work
Most lenders treat your rate as something to be revealed only after you have handed over your name, number and permission to pull credit. We think that is backwards. Our calculator prices real loan options against live wholesale pricing before you tell us anything about yourself.
As a broker rather than a bank, we shop your loan across wholesale lenders instead of selling one institution's products. That matters most when a file is not textbook — self-employment income, a condo project that needs review, a thinner credit profile, or a jumbo loan where guidelines vary widely from one lender to the next.
And you deal with one person throughout. The same voice that answers your first question is the one that walks your file through underwriting to closing.
